Dene and Robyn welcome you to our 100 year old villa situated on the northern gateway to New Plymouth. Set in 2 acres of beautiful gardens, our home has a real ambient relaxing atmosphere waiting for you to enjoy.
We are located just 5 minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes from New Plymouth CBD. Surf and sand are only a 5 minute drive and include some excellent fishing spots.
We pride the services we have to offer and know that you will enjoy your stay with us.

Ten minutes from town this b&b is set in two acres of garden. Very friendly and helpful owners. Watch the turning off the main road if returning at night from town. Light sleepers may find the traffic noise disturbing at times.

Our favorite place to stay while traveling in NZ. Great breakfasts, great conversation and hospitality. Like going to a favorite family member's house for a visit. Fantastic room and grounds. Wonderful experience. When we return we will stay here again. Dene and Robin are wonderful hosts.

Excellent stay! My wife and I stayed at Richmond Villa for a long weekend and had such a relaxing time. A beautiful house, stunning room and great food. Robyn and Dean are wonderful hosts as well. We thoroughly recommend Richmond Villa for anyone thinking of staying in the New Plymouth area.

We really enjoyed the hospitality offered on our stay at the Richmond Villa. We slept well and found that Dean and Robin cooked a great breakfast. Warmth was given to us not only in friendliness but also in our room which was always cosy.
