The Waterfront Hotel is situated in New Plymouth's city centre. The 14km Coastal Walkway and artistic Wind Wand landmark are directly across the road from the hotel. Next door to the famous Puke Ariki Museum, Library and Information Centre! New Plymouth's shopping mall and main shopping street are within 2 minutes walking distance.
The studios at The Waterfront Hotel have super king beds or queen & single beds on request. Sea or city views from every room and most feature a small step out balcony and single spa bath. All rooms include 12 channel Sky TV, air conditioning, wireless & broadband internet and coffee/tea facilities.

Lovely room, very noisy until the boy racers went home. Comfy bed. Great pizza for lunch. The dinner was OK, mine was so salty I could not eat it but everyone else was happy. Muddle up with account in the morning and they did try and charge a credit card fee on the restuarant and they will charge a fee on the room - although this was not charged as we had pre paid. Trainee on early on the desk - very pleasant but not the best check out. Overall - will stay again but try a different room on a Saturday night and perhaps a different restuarant for evening meal.
