Mainston house is a delightful break, a peaceful future proofed development. A 19th Century villa encapsulated and extended in a 21st century building. There is a separate guest wing comprising of a single room and 2 x double rooms. The guest wing has a bathroom and 2 toilets, also there is access to the office for computer work and a tea room for guests to use should they wish.
Mainston house is run by artists and guests may wish to interact with them and the main villa which is accessible until 10 p.m at night. The villa has a wonderful library which may be enjoyed, there are many outside private entertainment areas which guests may use dotted around the peaceful gardens where fruit or vegetables are happily grown just waiting to be picked.
If breakfast is required it is supplied at $15.00 per person and if enough notice is given you may choose what you would like and we usually meet requests.
