By Car From Airport: From Auckland International Airport turn left onto George Bolt Memorial Drive, which is at the Second set of traffic lights. Carry along George Bolt M Drive until you come to the second set of traffic lights. Turn Right on to Kirkbride Road. Continue along this road (which changes name to Massey Rd). At the second set of traffic lights along Massey Road,turn right on to Tidal Road. The Hotel is located 100m along on the right hand side. Welcome to Airport Garden Inn Hotel.
For the Free Airport Shuttle: International Airport: At arrival hall turn left. Look for the iSite sign & go to the Freephones located at the iSite advertising lightbox, Dial 20.
Domestic Terminal: Freephones Board is located next to the Baggage collection area on the advertising light box under the heading Airport Accommodation, Dial 20.

  • This would have to be one of the worst places I've ever stayed in, wish I had read these coments prior to booking, I stayed only because I had booked over the net, crap crap crap, I will never be there again.

  • The Airport Garden Inn in Auckland was terrible. It wasn't very clean and the whole room was very very old and scratched and furniture was off Noah's Ark! We arrived and it was at least 100 deg. in the room and it only took 4 hours to get a fan as there was no air conditioning. I left my shoes on the whole time we stayed there. Even the night tables I wiped a spot off with a wet napkin and the dirt was unbelievable. I intend to write the manage with my comments but if anyone goes by the name of this hotel - my what a shock they will have. Garden Inn is the farthest from what you will find at this hotel - 0 stars out of 4 - minus 4 is more like it! What a dump!

  • Room clean & tidy bed OK, wall plug broken which could be a saftey problem, 1 ceiling light blown Sky TV only in lounge, Crap TV reception, awful UHT milk but can't have everyhing, bathroom tired, but would stay again at special rate.

  • Great staff, good location close to the motorways, but with no noise. The rooms were basic, but clean. The Hotel overall is a bit tired, but for a good nights rest close to the airport, it was good value. and got to love the shuttle.

  • Very friendly staff - the bonus was storing my car for free while we went to Australia for the weekend - as well as the 4am wake up call & drop off at the airport. All good!

  • Flew down to Akl from Wlgtn, called the reception from the airport, no worries for a room, the reception on the phone was awesome, the pick up and drop off the next day was awesome, Very good team work, cheers guys you made my short stay their as comfotable as can be, nice and friendly staff, iv recommended to others and will continue to, and definetley staying there again vinaka Team

  • Very cheap (but not cheerful) - reflected in the state of the rooms, however I've stayed before and I knew what to expect. Staff pleasant and helpful, but not the sort of place to stay for more than a one night stop over. For a cheap place, handy to the airport, this will do.
