Welcome to the Sea Spray Suites, Paihia. This totally redesigned property opened mid February 2007 as an all Suite Hotel. Perfectly located to enjoy the famous Ti Te beach and all of the attractions that the Bay of Islands has to offer.

The 30 beautifully designed one & two bedroom suites with views ranging from ocean to the surrounding native bush hills of Nihonui Reserve.

  • Enjoyed our stay here. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. Air Con was handy as well. Close to shops and attractions. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

  • The balcony unit was spacious modern,comfortable and secure, the Sea Spray operations staff were courtious, friendly and helpful. The apartments were close to all amenities and across the road from fantastic sea views. I happily recommend the Sea Spray to visitors to Paihia

  • A great place to stay! Right across the road from the beach, 1 min walk to the playground, 10 mins (with a toddler) to Paihia shops and the same to the supermarket in the other direction. The 2 b/rm unit was fully self contained, incl washing machine & dryer plus outdoor furniture on the balcony. Nothing has been spared in terms of quality appliances & decor. We had a great time and hope to return next year.
