Excellent staff, superb breakfast, great views. Only down side was cruise ship (Diamond princess) which parked alongside our room and was very noisy discharging and reloading the vessel from 6am with what sounded like very noisy cans. The only warning you get of this is when you arrive to check in.

Male behind the front desk was very rude and tried to get my wifes phone number, despite breast feeding our new born baby at the time. customer service is poor, they dont seem to care. not recommended to anyone!

it was a really amazing place to stay at. we were able to check in at 10am which was a bonus. we also liked that they were very informative about what was happening such as the cruise ship coming in. it was good to be informed. thank you for a wonderful time!!

Modern and clean hotel. We liked the stylish rooms with decks overlooking the harbour. Great central location and menu was fine, we had dinner and breakfast there, food was fine, but took time. Service let it down quite a lot and we did not enjoy that aspect.

I would give 5 stars for the view if you get the water view rooms otherwise give this Hotel a miss. Food for dinner was ok but breakfast was below par we will not be staying here again.We just had a feeling that no one cared or wanted to help out. Think it needs an upgrade from top to bottom.
