  • Sorry, forgot to add that the red arrow on the map isn't where the hotel is. Took us a while to find the place even with a GPS (which sent us no where near it). Ended up ringing for directions. It is located far right on the map above.

  • The comfy beds was the only thumbs up for this place. Really run down and the photos on the net are not what it looks like! The bench where the tv was resting hadn't been wiped as I picked up the hotel book and it was all sticky. There was no clean smell about the place at all! Just as well we were only staying one night, the kids weren't impressed!

  • We stayed 5 nights here while attending the Gift Fair and the toilet was never cleaned I know as I was sick the first nite...one day we returned at 6 in the evening and the beds had not been made!! Also the duvet cover had an old bloodstain on the lining..yechhhh! I would NOT reccomend this Hotel as it is getting run down, it is dirty and staff could care less!!

  • Allow me to thank you for the time taken to provide us with your valuable feedback. We have taken a very serious view of the observations made. If I may apprise you of the steps we have taken- - Removal of the staff member from our Housekeeping team / We took over this Hotel very recently and since then – we have upgraded 04 of our rooms’ thoroughly / Removed some of the old Bedcovers. As a professionally run hotel, we follow –Reputed brands in the industry, strong focus on environment and sustainability and consistent track record of quality. This provides us, with the access to the highly recommended chemicals, we use in cleaning the rooms. We normally do not receive such feedback due to our stringent controls. However, this was an exception and has been viewed very seriously. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have gone through.
