There is loads of flat level grass out front for tents, boats, jet ski’s, off street parking or just lounging around in the sun. As well as the house itself there is an outdoor shower and toilet, perfect after a day of swimming or diving.

The interior is clean, comfortable, modern and fresh throughout with facilities including full kitchen, shower, toilet and laundry facilities. Towels and bedlinen are provided as well as a small milk and tea and coffee making facilities. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, whether your a gourmet chef or a backyard BBQ king! The use of a small dinghy and windsurfer is also available.

We are situated near to a 4 square, café, hairdressers and the sports complex with golf course, tennis, badminton, bowls and Bar and Bistro. And only eight minutes to Tutukaka with more shops and restaurants. At the Tutukaka Marina and Deep Sea Anglers Club you can arrange fishing trips or diving or snorkelling at the world famous Poor Knights Marine Reserve. There are several restaurants to dine at around the area. Beautiful Matapouri Bay and the surf beach, Sandy Bay, are just a short drive away. There are several stunning coastal walkways to explore, with guided walks available.

The Ngunguru estuary at your door step provides safe swimming for children and fishing and shellfish gathering. There is a boat ramp nearby where you can launch your boat to explore the pristine Ngunguru Sandspit and Ocean Beach. There's so much to do on the stunning Tutukaka Coast you'll never want to go home!
