The large, former private ballet studio is spacious, sunny and quiet. Situated on a rear section away from traffic noise you can hear the birds that dwell in the beautiful garden nearby.

Close to the hospital, airport and Terrace End shopping centre.

  • Sue and I arrived late one winters evening. When we arrived the room was warm and cosy, fireplace and electric blankets on and a welcome to match from Nevern even though it was well after hours. The well stocked cupboards meant breakfast was a breeze. We stayed in the Studio Unit. It was immaculately clean. I have already told many of my friends if they visit Palmerston North stay at AB Studio. A real home away from home. Exceeded all expectations. Owen & Sue

  • Really enjoyed our weekend in the AB Studio. Tastefully decorated, peaceful and private accommodation with excellent provisions provided. Not too far from town and easy to find. Hosts extremely helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay.

  • I was very impressed by the studio and the kindness and friendliness of my hosts, the MacEwans. On top of the spaciousness of the studio, the quality of the furnishings and the great provisioning for breakfast, the real benefit for me was the privacy and quiet. I thoroughly recommend it to those with similar preferences.

  • What a lovely place to stay. Close to everything. Nev & Janette are amazing people and excellent hosts, they help us to find all we needed and we enjoyed our 2 week stay. We will recommend to others and we will return to this lovely place.

  • AB.Studio was the best place we stayed in New Zealand. It was comfortable, quiet and Neven & Jeannette made us feel so welcome, and they were more than helpful with local information. It was also great meeting an Ex All Black Captain and chatting about rugby with Neven. We would and have recommend this B & B very highly. Thank You from Ollie & Kelly.

  • I had a wonderful stay a few weeks back. I was staying on business and was pleasantly surprised that I was provided with a basket of fruit, bread, cereal, juice and milk as well as tea and coffee. The room was very comfortable and the location extremely quiet. It was also walking distance into town if you don't mind a bit of a walk. The host and hostess are both really lovely people. I would recommend this B & B very highly.

  • Splendid stay, the owners were more than helpful, a cosy personal safe space for our family, and handy to the Kelvin Grove area where we were visiting, but still not to far from town.
