  • We booked the Solway's Bed & Breakfast Package for a 2 night stay, the facilities are amazing, the breakfast was divine, but most importantly the service we received from all the Staff was exceptional!! Thank you!! To get GOOD Customer Service in today's society is rare to be treated to 2 days of EXCELLENT Customer Service from all the Staff is Unheard of. We highly recommend The Copthorne Hotel and Resort Solway Park Masterton to anyone that wants a place to stay that offers you this Exceptional Customer Service.

  • We grabbed the 2 night winter warmer deal, Fantastic Value!. Did the maths and we recieved an additional $111.00 in Breakfast's and drinks thrown in!. Been here a few times now and love the service , massive SIZE of the place and endless list of things to do (Indoor pool , outdoor pool , spa pool , golf range , pool table , bottle store etc etc...). I can absolutely recommend the Copthorne Solway, maybe they could offer a hot deal on a one week stay? :)

  • My daughter and I stayed for the winter warm up deal, we only booked and paid on line 2-3 hours before going. I was understanding when asked to pay when we got there I explained that we had booked on line. Thinking maybe it was just to make sure it was us I taking the room silly me then repayed for room even when she had looked on screen to check. Lucky before leaving from our break one of the staff saw the payment was made two times. Also when we arrived I asked about free drinks that were advertised was told know we don't,(in cool tones) so we didn't get them!She then said heres breakfast passes for one morning I had to explain that the deal is two nights she didn't know that either. The food was the best, the women serving were lovely, Im not sure what the pool was like because children were having swimming lessons every time we went for a swim. Other then that things were ok.

  • We have just experienced another Solway weekend (11th visit by now), and would heartly recommend it especially with the renovations and lovely bedrooms. Fully recommend the cooked breakfast and would encourage all families whenever possible to take advantage of the MOMENTS TO TREASURE packages as they represent good value.

  • The hotel itself rooms and bathroom etc were above average but the restaurant food and service was well below par. It is advertised as the top restaurant in the area but this did not prove to be the case.
