  • Hotel was very dirty. We changed rooms as the sheets were dirty on the bed and then the room we changed to had dirty sheets also. The overall cleaniless was very poor and the outside was overgrown and unkept. They were also using their kids to clean the room and I caught 2 young boys in my room unsupervised cleaning the bathroom. We ended up checking out a day early as we were dissatisfied with the room. I am happy for you to contact me if you require any further details regaring my stay.

Like in any other hospitality set up it is always the effort to improvise and the willingness to accept and accommodate is given the prime importance. In your case, I did meet up with you and apologized for the faux-pas of our Housekeeping team. We have taken preventive steps as this is not a norm to get such feed backs with us. Our customer’s comments display that. We also offered free continental breakfast as a token of apology. You denied that and wanted to check out and you were keen to get your refund right away, we once again accommodated and not only paid you for the 2nd night but also discounted your previous night for which you did sign your acceptance. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have gone through and it will be our pleasure to win back our customer's opinion should you decide to return.   • Nice place nice people staff had spa ready for us when we got there but the person before us had put some thing in the water so the spa had to be empty that was a shame as we had to wait 3 1/2 hours before we could hop in the spa. Staff were very sorry for what had happend. When the was ready to use we really enjoyed it thankyou.One thing i found strange was no facility to wash dishes. Had a lovely stay tho. I would stay again thankyou.

  • Was very disappointed in this accommodation. Booked into the Spa pool room based on the previous feedback but then realized that the previous feedback probably related to cheaper rooms. The Spa rooms are in desperate need of refurbishing. We stayed in Room4 & after asking at the office about water temp was shown to Room 5. That is in similar condition so as it was only for one night & had already prepaid we stayed rather than have the agro. Water temperature for the showers is lukewarm at best & very poor pressure. Spa took nearly 6 hours continual running to get hot. Cobwebs & mould on ceilings in rooms. Used Pillowslip on pillow in wardrobe. Won't be staying again.

We have a policy to address an unhappy customer promptly by offering alternatives as opposed to JUST saying sorry later. We did apprise you of the functionality of Spa and later on I personally spoke with you and offered –to inspect the hot water temp and/or to move you to another Spa room. You chose to decline both. With last 19 years as GM of large hotel operations, we respect every feedback. Unfortunately, if the weather is cooler it takes longer to heat, surely not 6 hours. We would be happy to showcase that on your next visit, you are always welcome you. We normally do not receive such feedback due to our stringent controls and systems in place. I have taken up the other issue you raised with our Housekeeping head. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have gone through and do look forward to your return visit.   • Oh and the photo of the room on here is exactly like the room I was in, with fresh new bedding & covers etc.... many motels show a different room to what you actually get! So thumbs up to that as well :)

  • What a great place! Paid $85 (brilliant value), for a very comfortable, recently redecorated, quiet room and its very close to lots of imenities/City/Sylvia Park etc, and easy access in and out to roads. Highly recommended for sure. Internet a bit pricey, but available. A big thank you to the hotel for accomodating me with an early check-in with my baby. I will definately stay again if needed, and have already recommended the place.
