LivingSpace is very warm with central heating throughout. Modern security systems are installed and your personal swipe card provides secure access to the building and your room. 24 hour staffing and luggage storage available.

LivingSpace is centrally located with the Octagon, Hospital, University and Polytechnic within very easy walking distance. A supermarket (New World) is within a 2 minute walk from our front door.

LivingSpace Dunedin is our third property to open with other locations including Christchurch & Invercargill. All LivingSpace properties are self rated a very comfortable 3 star.

Our rooms are always warm, comfortable, and perfect for one or two people. Quality linen, pillows and a superb shower all help to ensure you are treated to an exceptional value hotel experience. Each Queen Studio contains a Queen bed and stylish bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, LCD tv with SKY, storage, DDi phone and internet connection. Our Premium Studios offer a larger floor space and option of King or Twin beds. Our Hotel Studio Rooms are compact with Double beds, modern facilities and an attractive rate.

All of our studio's offer queen size beds, 26" LCD televisions with 5 sky channels, high speed internet connection, a desk with direct dial phone and voicemail, funky new glass bathrooms and a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities.
