  • Clean,friendly and very close to the mountain.Great service. We had to cut our stay short last year due to my son breaking his foot.We were able to get some money back.

  • Made my booking through your system and was contacted 2 hours later by the Motel to be told there was no such space available even though the money had been paid. Very unimpressed with the system.

  • We use an independant, on line, booking system called 'Seekom', as do hundreds of other motels/hotels throughout New Zealand and Australia. 'Seekom' had a planned outage for 2-3 hrs. Unfortunately Mr Anderson made his booking over this time, while we were unable to update availablity. As soon as Seekom was back on line we noted the mistake, contacted Mr Anderson immediately, explained what had occurred, and arranged full refund for his booking. Generally we are pleased with the Seekom system - Easy to use and guest friendly.
