Fully self contained spacious apartment. Private off street parking. The apartment has a separate bedroom with two king single beds. Full kitchen facilities including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, heat pump and 32" flat screen LCD TV with Sky.
Five minutes walk to Waikato Hospital, Braemar Hospital and the city bus stop.
Five minutes drive to the City Centre, the Waikato Stadium, the Hamilton Gardens and the Lake.
Children 12 and under stay free.

We really enjoyed staying at apartment on corrin - kevin and glenda were lovely hosts, with kevin welcoming us warmly and giving us a thorough overview of the unit. It was a real pleasure staying here and the hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The apartment was like a home away from home and the location from the central city is only a few minutes away by car. I'm glad my wife had booked this place for us and we will be recommending it to our friends when they need somewhere to stay in Hamilton.
