WELCOME: We are a" NEW LISTING ON THIS SITE"
We are situated on the south side of Hamilton 10min from Airport & Town 40min from Waitomo Caves.Set in a sunny ,quiet, rural outlook on the boundary between Hamilton & TeAwamutu. We have two queen size rooms, the main room has en-suite Fridge tea, coffee etc and opens out onto a terrace. The main room has bathroom facilities, the other room is upstairs and would share bathroom facilities downstairs.(this situation would suit family or friends.
We have year round rates which are $120 for the first night for the room then $100 thereafter, top room is $90 per night for the room, this includes a cooked or continental breakfast.Which in the good weather is served on the main terrace over looking the country.
We are only to pleased to pick people up from Airport or Buses.

We had a lovely stay, andi & cy made us feel really welcome. An awesome breakfast with a view. Beats any old motel on the main drag. Thank very much for making or weekend enjoyable.
