Arbor Lodge is set in landscaped gardens on 11 acres just south of Hamilton. The property is 12 minutes from both Hamilton CBD and Cambridge. The Airport and Mystery Creek, the "Fieldays" venue, are only a 6 minute drive away. Hamilton's central location makes it an ideal base for day trips to Rotorua, Waitomo Caves and beaches at Raglan and Tauranga.
Guests can enjoy private, self-contained accommodation with lovely views over the property.
Relax by the pool in summer or stroll around the peaceful gardens.
The spacious air-conditioned studio has a separate dressing room, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, TV,DVD, sofa, breakfast table for two and complimentary toiletries.
Continental breakfast is provided in your room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was perfect, the hosts generous and the pool refreshing. I would highly recommend a stay here - we loved the gardens, the sheep and the location.

Fantastic B&B set in a peaceful rural setting. It was a treat to wake up and look at the window at grazing sheep. The hosts couldn't be friendlier and the room was comfortable and well set up. The breakfast was generous with plenty to eat and accompanied by some nice coffee. It was a bonus that they had a selection of CDs and DVDs too. The location is a little difficult to find, although close to Hamilton City. Just make sure to check the directions and you shouldn't have too many problems.

Lovely friendly people and great accommodation. Quiet and peaceful location, room was perfect with a really comfortable bed and plenty of breakfast available for us too. Cannot fault anything with our overnight stay and would recommend it to anyone. Mark and Diane were extremely helpful with assisting us with information on the transport and locations of where we needed to go for the Hamilton V8's and even gave us a cuppa when we got there early. This is a lovely private suite. The fact that it is above ground level deals with all the potential insect problems that I find so disconcerting. It was super clean and fresh! A great stay!

We were so happy when we arrived after our flight from the U.S. to discover that the Arbor Lodge was even nicer than we expected. Well thought out and implemented living space. Everything was top notch, no scrimping here!

Dianne & Mark were most hospitable & the accommodation is spacious, very well appointed & comfortable. The setting in beautiful countryside is only 10 mins drive from Hamilton.
