“A slice of Heaven”, best describes this little oasis in the city's heart. Five minutes walk from central Hamilton you'll find one quiet stunning studio cottage and a one bedroom West Wing accommodation complete with French doors opening out onto a glorious pool and garden area. The cottage can sleep up to three people and includes a kitchenette; ensuite; heating; a large 40" flat screen tv; private entrance and off-street parking. A computer with internet access is installed in the cottage. WiFi is also available at no extra charge. The West Wing can accommodate two people (1 Queen Bed) and includes an ensuite, a separate private lounge with TV, couch, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. A gas log fire is available for heating in the cooler months. A generous continental breakfast is provided. The City Centre's unique location provides guests with easy access to excellent shopping, a vast array of restaurants and cafes, cinemas, supermarkets, casino, museum and gorgeous river walks. For a relaxing break away from a busy lifestyle or to experience real kiwi hospitality – stay with Anne and Peter at the City Centre Bed and Breakfast. Accommodation is not suitable for children under 7yrs.

We felt so welcome here in this exquisite, relaxing place. Our 4 night stay was delightful; it is close to the free bus and grocery store. We had no car, so this was important. My husband is not a b&b person, but he felt very comfortable with the separate entrance, quiet accomodations and free wifi. Since anne set up the breakfast the night before, he had nibbles to snack on after a hard day of touring in front of a cozy fireplace - so nice on a winter's day. On our last day, anne even took us to the bus station for the next leg in our nz adventure. Hostess friendly and helpful and a knowledgable booster of Hamilton. B&B luxurious with separate bedroom and sitting room with fireplace. Sunny deck onto swimming pool. Free WIFI internet. B&B located at end of quiet residential street just a few blocks from city center where there were many good restaurants. Anne and Peter were excellent hosts. Their helpful advice made my stay in Hamilton even more special. The location so close to the city centre was excellent and so easy to get around to the tourist attractions. The accommodation was excellent in every respect, I would recommend City Centre to my friends.

Staying here felt like we were coming home. The fire was on when we arrived, and everything looked and felt perfect. Anne is probably also the nicest person we met in the entire country (and that's saying something)!

Very happy with my stay, friendly hosts who were kind and helpful. Only disappointment was having no bench or a place to do some basic cooking. (apart from the microwave) However everything else exceeding my expectations. Room was clean and inviting and the included breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated being able to get onto wireless internet so I could keep in contact with my emails.

I stayed for a total of 15 nights, and felt I was coming home each evening. Anne is so friendly and careful to make one comfortable, without ever being obtrusive. I look forward to staying again, the next time I make the long trip over from England.
