Clifton B & B is located in Central Hamilton in a quiet riverside location that is only a few minutes walk to restaurants/bars, stadiums, V8 supercar track, riverside walk, transport centre.
Children are only permitted in our downstairs areas.
If you require World Cup Rugby accommodation, consider using Hamilton as your base. A commutor train between Hamilton & Auckland stops outside the Auckland rugby stadium. Rotorua is only 1 hour drive from Hamilton. In between games you can enjoy the scenery & hospitality in and around Hamilton.

This was my second stay at Clifton B&B. This is a great place to stay if in Hamilton, Comfortable rooms, lovely hosts and breakfast overlooking the river. What could be better !
