Welcome to our self contained unit in a central location only 100m from the Waikato- and Braemar Hospitals and only 2 min drive to Hamilton central city. The unit offers a private entrance, spacious double bedroom, electric blanket, heating, double pull-out in the lounge, kitchenette for light meals, private shower and seperate toilet, broadband access, Freeview TV, off-street parking and lovely park views with Mt. Pirongia in the background. Continental breakfast included.

Lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lizzie was very helpful and friendly. Lots of plentiful, choices for breakfast. Highly recommend and will stay again. Thanks again.

A safe and peaceful place to stay. As it was very near both hospitals we were able to leave the car and walk. Would definately stay again. Thnak you. Brenda 7/3/2013.

Had a nice stay, friendly and helpful hostess, well appointed lodgings. It was good being close to the park to enjoy a walk. Next time we'll have to take the time to walk the lake. We would be happy to stay here again.

I have stayed at felas on a number of occasions and find it very comfortable and homely. It is just a few minutes walk to the hospital, easy to find and always has a very good array of breakfast items. Thanks again lizzie.
