Titoki offers luxury accommodation in two guest rooms each with their own ensuite bathroom and personal wardrobe.
The rooms have been furbished to the highest modern standard with the emphasis on style, elegance, comfort and privacy.
Guests have exclusive access to their own share lounge/dining room which overlooks the Northern garden
Guests also have access to the veranda where there is an area for sitting and reading and peaceful thoughts
Television is available in the bedroom for personal use.
Guests are welcome to join their hosts in the family area for an informal evening, discover what the ‘mighty' Waikato has to offer and plan your time in the area. Includes

We found John and Jude to be friendly wonderful hosts and provided a lovely section of the house with excellent privacy, amazing with complimentary items such as drinks, chocolates and ports and beautifully presented rooms. They were perfect hosts and the best place we have stayed in years at a price that did not reflect our genuine pleasure in staying there. The breakfast was special in presentation and quality and we invited them to sit with us for coffee and their conversation, company and attitude was so enjoyable, we sat talking until 12.00 noon when we suddenly realised the time and the need to drive to Auckland. Location is a little out from the city centre but very nice accommodations. good breakfast.

Afsan and Max...Thank you for your Feedback plus the very nice guest book comments, " What a wonderful place you have -we enjoyed our stay here - you made us wish we could stay longer! Thanks again!!" Yes we are only approx 7 kms [12 mins] from Hamilton CBD. The advantage of our location is that the city is moving north and with Chartwell Square & The Base-Te Awa Malls/shopping centres are close by.
