Aspen Manor is a spacious 31-unit motel. Set in a quiet suburban location with lawns, you are assured of a quiet night's sleep. All units are ground floor entry with parking directly outside your unit door. Units are serviced daily. There is plenty of free parking space for coaches, boats etc. All units have Freeview Digital TV plus sky. Half of the units have two TVs. Broadband hard wired 100meg free.
Additional facilities include business facilities, room service breakfasts, small conference or meeting room and guest laundry.
Aspen Manor is less than 200m to suburban restaurants and shops, 800m Hamilton Gardens and Southern Cross Hospital, 1.5km city centre, 3km University of Waikato and 2km to Claudelands Event Centre. Close to SH1 south giving easy access to Hamilton Airport and Cambridge. Regular bus services are available.
