Kevin and Christine are your owners/operators/hosts at AUTO LODGE Motel.
We have just completed refurblishing all our studio units for a fresher up-to-date standard. We have spent the last few months relining all our block walls with plasterboards with a bright clean coat of paint and replaced all our old soft beds with brand new straight out of the factory beds for a good night sleep.
Range of studio and 1-bedroom units with mix of ground-floor and first-floor accommodation.
Located within a 1-minute walk of golf driving range. A 10-minute walk to Waikato Stadium and Seddon Park. A 5-minute walk to Waikato River with its river walkway. A 3-minute drive to central Hamilton, casino and Te Rapa Waterworld.
AUTO LODGE Motel is set in large park-like grounds with playground and established gardens. Brand new spa pool now available.
Turning our motel up-side down we have installed facilities for our guests to have the comfort and entertainment that they deserve. Staying at Autolodge Motel we comfort both the children and the parents. We provide televisions with sky channels and units with full kitchen facilities for cooking meals. Our large lawn provides area for children to play on, while the adults can sit on the swings in the garden.

The staff were lovely, the room was lovely. Unfortunately the lights outside made it impossible for us to sleep - please consider installing blackout curtains wherever possible. .

The outside of this Motel is appealing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly guy (do not know his name). However, we were not informed of anything about the area, or about the Motel, and what time was check out etc. Unfortunately, we were put in a room which was a bit dated.. The walls were not very clean in the whole area, but in particular the bedroom where there were grubby black marks. The paint on the doors were chipped also. Could do with re-jibbing and painting. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable (too hard). We were also only given 2 flannels, and we booked for a family of four.

Clean and newly refurbished, 50+ Sky channels was great. Only minor disappointment was advertised as "Full Kitchen" but there is no stove elements only a microwave so difficult to prepare own meals when longer term staying. Overall pretty good and definately reasonabl value for money

My family and I had a marvellous stay at your motel it was so warm, comfortable and the host were so accommodating, friendly and willing to give directions and information to what we required.
