Grosvenor Motor Inn offers elegant motel accommodation in Hamilton. Accommodation comprises of 40 motel units including 29 studio spa units, 3 shower units with access facilities.
All units come with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, ensuite with shower, hair dryer, phone, Sky TV, electric blankets, iron/ironing board. Shakespeare's Restaurant for cooked/continental breakfast. Other facilities include heated indoor pool, guest laundry, and ample off-street parking. 12 noon check-out. Unit poor quality DARK COLD Paint peeling Window in door had no covering outside light at door lit unit till we hung towel over window .Car parking find one where you can (if your lucky).NOT FOR US

I booked & paid for a room at the grosvenor for my parents & nephew. It looked awesome from photos online but in reality - my parents said it was a dump. Room very cold, ripped curtains & no hot water from the tap in kitchen. My parents said that it definately wasn't worth the $160 per night. Pretty bad really considering people book in advance only going off the reviews & photos provided to make the booking. I won't consider staying there myself and I definately wouldn't recommend the grosvenor to family or friends.

The 'Executive Suite" it certainly wasn't - just a very basic room, no kitchen and very, very tired and gloomy. However it was spotless, lovely bed, nice clean linen. The shower in the spa bath a little difficult to manage but plenty of hot water. The meals in the restaurant were excellent and the staff most helpful. Would stay again if the room was refurbished .Very convenient and amazingly quiet considering it is on the main road. Late checkout great, gave us time to enjoy the lovely breakfast in the restaurant.
