Waitomo Caves Guest Lodge

Waitomo Caves Guest Lodge is right in the centre of Waitomo Caves Village, next to the Waitomo General Store, opposite award winning Huhu Cafe, and just a short walk to Waitomo Caves i-SITE/Discovery Centre, the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and a pizzeria. There is off street parking.

Each of the 8 ensuite studio units has a private entrance and beautiful views of the cottage garden and surrounding hills.

2 rooms - Queen bed only
3 rooms - Queen bed and single bed
1 room - Queen bed, single bed and pull out trundler bed. Private bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin
1 room - Queen bed and two single beds
1 room - Two single beds

Not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Ensuite bathrooms have a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Each unit has insect screens, tea/coffee-making facilities, electric blankets, heater, bathroom heater, hairdryer and TV. Also available for guests are a fridge, BBQ, microwave and laundry facilities.

There is free Wi-Fi access and a laptop computer available for use by guests.

Included in the price is a large continental breakfast, which is served buffet-style in the dining room, overlooking lovely views of the countryside.

You can expect a warm welcome from Janet, Colin and Gypsy, the family dog. We have travelled widely in New Zealand and can advise you knowledgeably on your itinerary.
