Experience an exceptional farm stay motel near Waitomo Caves, the most unique Waikato Accommodation available.
Our World renowned Waitomo Motels include a Train motel, a Plane Motel, 3 ship motels and the Hobbit motels. All of the units at Woodlyn Park are beautifully furbished self-contained and situated in the Central North Island, only 2 hours from Auckland, Rotorua and Taupo and just 2 minutes from Waitomo Caves, they are a "must stay" for your New Zealand accommodation.
All units are fully self-contained with bedding and towels included.
NB Please be aware that no one lives on site. If you are arriving after 5pm you will need to contact us the day before or the morning of their travel to Waitomo so we can arrange to have the unit ready and key available.

Host very friendly, hobbit motel great and very comfortable. Kids just loved the bunk room and wanted to stay longer.

The photos on the website don't match the current state of the accommodation. It has been refurbished and remodelled. The fit-out is lovely and very clean and new. Minor problem was that my kids thought they would each have their own room based on website photos, however we really enjoyed it. The tone of the instructions to visitors about caring for the accommodation made us feel a bit unwelcome but I guess they have had some thoughtless guests in the past. The park looks a bit run down in places but our train was immaculate and very modern and comfortable.

The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in. The shower was wonderful and the kids loved sleeping in the boat. The inside decor was also very nicely done.
