Welcome to Elm Grove Cottage, your perfect quiet getaway in rural Greytown. Built in 1878 and beautifully restored in 2010, this charming 1 ½ bedroom cottage is set amongst the NZ Historic Places Trust listed Elm Grove Farm Estate.
Quiet and private, with your own entrance and parking, you will enjoy the magnificent surrounding rural views across farmland and the luxurious self contained accommodation.
One hour from Wellington, 15 minutes from Martinborough and only two minutes drive or a 20 minute walk from Greytown's award winning cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.

This tastefully decorated refurbished 1800's cottage is a delight to stay in. Rebecca & Sid are very welcoming and helpful. This was our 2nd stay as everything exceeds expectations.

What a wonderful, inviting, quiet retreat Elm Grove Cottage is. The perfect place to stay if you have a little or a lot to do in the area. We would recommend it to any/every one. Loved our stay. The cottage was well set up .the breakfast provisions were plentiful and very fresh. The surroundings were a delight and the pigs and dog are special. It was central to all destinations in the wairarapa.rebecca and her lovely family were very friendly and a delight to meet .the family history of the kemptons was very interesting and well written. .

Met by the owner,Rebecca, who met us at the cottage to welcome us and give us a brief and informative introduction to the cottage & it's history. Her advise on places to eat was spot on. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the bread, fruit and breakfast foods provided were well above expectations.

We loved out thyree nights at Elm Grove Cottage; best B& B we had this trip. Loved the history of the cottage, Rebecca was a wonderful host, the breakfast provisions were very generous, and the peace and quiet excellent!
