4 bedrooms = 2 with queen beds, 1 with double & 1 with 2 single beds. Electric blankets on all. Portacot (cot & matress only - guests to bring own bedding) and high chair avaiable for use.

Polished wooden floors throughout.

TV, DVD, Stereo, Kitchen with dishwasher and waste disposal, washing machine & outdoor clothes line. Oil fin heaters throughout. Bathroom with claw foot bath with shower over & handbasin, separate toilet with hand basin. BBQ, Outdoor Furniture.

Continental breakfast provisions supplied - tea/coffee/sugar, cereal, jams & margarine, S & P, toast loaf and milk. Toast loaf and milk may not always be available for short notice bookings.

Fully fenced section - safe for children. Walking distance of The Square, cafes and restaurants.

Abby Villa available for single night bookings, which attract a cleaning fee of $20.00 - EXCEPT ON special events weekends such as Toast Martinborough, Martinborough Fairs, concerts and long holiday weekends etc when a miniumu of a 2 night booking is required.
