The Petit Hotel is a delightful turn of the century Victorian property close to the Square at the heart of Martinborough Wine Village.
It is ideally situated to enjoy the best the Wairarapa has to offer.
Petit Hotel provides boutique accommdation, with four room each tastefully and luxuriously decorated.
All guest rooms are situated are situated on the hotel's upper floor, affording fine views over Martinborough
Each room has a queen sized bed, beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom, fridge, tea and coffee making facilites, Television, DVD player and ironing facilities.

It was ok. To my way of thinking when one pays top dollar one has a right to expect the details to be attended to. The light over the bar wasn't working nor was the tv. There wasn't any "normal" tea, only herbal infusions and green tea and the dusting wasn't as good as could have been. We stayed in the Devon Room for our anniversary, and found the room lovely, clean and very well-appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality linen and fabulous pillows and we slept well. The small fridge was perfect for our requirements and extras like bottled water appreciated. The only downsides were some noise from the square late at night but only a couple of times and the shower curtain which did not enclose the bath well enough so water ended up everywhere (thankfully the bathroom is well tiled and plenty of towels were provided!).

We booked the Manhatten and Provance room. We were not disappointed. They were both fabulous. The location is excellent and rooms are well appointed. The bed was so comfortable with beautiful linen. Likewise with the bathroom. Before arriving we were a little concerned that the hotel wasn't 'manned' but this made the whole stay all the better! We had absolutely no reason to contact the manager during our stay as everything we required was already in the room-perfect! We all had a wonderful stay and are planning on returning very soon!

Used the Tuscany room. Loved everything about it. Overlooked the street. Continental ambiance, especially liked the internal shutters on the windows. We struck the w/end of the Martinborough Fair. There were stalls to see in the street below.
