I would not recommend booking with Pinot Villas and having any expectation of getting a room. They take bookings from multiple web sites and then simply cancel those that don't suit them leaving you high and dry!

Like many accommodation complexes we do list available rooms with several websites but the above-mentioned is an unfair comment. TradeMe changed their booking system from Vianet to BookIt recently and it occurred at that time. We had uploaded our rooms to BookIt but unfortunately had left all rooms active when some should have been listed as "On Request". This was an oversight which resulted in one particular unit being booked when it was actually unavailable. We have taken measures to ensure that this situation does not reoccur.
