We spent years staying in serviced apartments while in Wellington for work and this is by far the best - perfect location, easy access to the building , fully stocked Eco amenities ( full boxes of washing powder, dish washing tablets etc) , and there's even a view .... Of a car park , but at least it's not of your neighbours across the road getting changed! The place was warm and kid friendly and our little ones enjoyed gazing out the window at the world go by outside. Can't say enough about how great I though it was and would stay for months happily

Very easy to find, additional cost for carparking under the building, (Be aware of Toxic Pidgeons that roost over the carpark space). Flat well maintained ( Bathroom had been re-done) Nicely stocked kitchen of Utensils. Comfortable Bedrooms. Oil Heater not working (Will very likey have been replaced by now). All Good.

Excellent accommodation, absolutely perfect for our needs. Central location, close to everything, and yet surprisingly quiet! beds were great, everything was very tidy and we had everything we could need. Highly recommended and thanks to jon for the excellent service.

Very well located apartment just off Ghuznee street near Cuba with parking and internet access. Reasonably appointed with everything you need for a comfotable stay. Only detractors are no sky TV, needs some decoration in places and the dryer needs to be on a shelf rather than on top of the washing machine as it nearly fell off during the spin cycle. Apart from that it was very good

Jon made the booking process and check-in very easy. The apartment was within walking distance to Wellington's CBD highlights. Lots of little extras in the apartment and kitchen, though we didn't get to use them as we were sightseeing and eating out during our stay. Good value for money accommodation.
