Central Renovated Wellington Holiday Apartment located on the ground floor in a lovely Villa overlooking the harbour and city. The views are beautiful with a large deck capturing the last sun of the day.
There is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed, there is a large lounge with 2 comfortable double sofa beds.
The kitchen with a full size pull out dining table, 1 bathroom with shower over bath and toilet (the toilet is in the bathroom)
A portacot is available at request only!
This is a holiday apartment so you will be required to leave the apartment as you found it clean and tidy, cleaning materials are left at the apartment
You are required when confirming your accommodation to provide your credit card details which are used as security over the property.

Yes we are sorry about that we had a couple booked with a toddler upstairs... we now have a permanent couple upstairs with no children, so thanks for that feedback it was good to know.Large One Bedroom City Apartment in a Villa

Awesome apartment in an even better location, nice friendly contact. I would definitely recommend this as the perfect place to spend a weekend in Welly. Great views too!!
