Previous reviewer was lucky, the contact no. For help was not answered for us. We were given the wrong code and at 11.00pm that's not good when no one answers your call or responds to messages left. One hour later we found accomodation for 3 of us in a pokey hotel room. Finally got assistance the next morning and the apartment was great but if you are planning on staying here, verify the code before you arrive with their office. Excellent location and great facilities. The code system is a bit of a pain in that it had changed by the time we got there. Would be frustrating if you didn't have a cellphone to phone them.
