The Loft in Wellington

The Loft in Wellington offers the discerning traveller comfort and style in a beautifully appointed self-contained studio with its own entrance, just 7 minutes from the ferry terminal and a 10 minute drive from downtown Wellington.

Our property is located in the suburb of Khandallah, where you can get a decent coffee at one of the local cafes, relax at a day spa, peruse an art gallery and have a cheeky wine or beer at the local pub. We are an easy 500 metres walk from the Khandallah village.

The Loft in Wellington also provides easy access to downtown Wellington via the brand new Matangi trains which came into service in 2012. Trains leave every 30 minutes from Khandallah station and the trip takes approximately 20 minutes. The Central Wellington Railway Station is conveniently located next to the Westpac Stadium, making Khandallah the perfect location to base yourself at for any sporting or concert event. Regular bus services also depart every day from Khandallah village to downtown Wellington.

We are here for you as much as you need - if you are busy during your stay and tend to pop in and out a lot - we will leave you to it. However if you have any queries or would like to do any laundry during your stay, please just ask.

The Loft in Wellington is non-smoking and is not suitable for pets.
