Great location and very warm, inviting and cozy living and sleeping quarters. For 1/2 the price of other hotels that are only just a few blocks away, you get prime location in a very nice home. Both Jeff and Dean are extremely nice, accommodating and especially warm. We enjoyed our conversations and they even drove us to the train station (they offered!) the next day. Recommended highly.

The town home was amazing as was the host Dean (Jeff was out of the country when we stayed). Unfortunately we did not spend much time there due to our busy plans the night we were in Wellington, but when we even make it back to NZ we will definitely stay here again.
