Really happy with hotel location and ease of access to Wellington's delights! We had a studio apartment for the two of us. It was fine for our needs. Only a couple of grizzles. There was only a one-seat sofa, so we couldn't both sit in comfort. Also, the sink wouldn't drain and we had to ask for maintenance to come and clean the drains twice. A bit yucky! However, all in all, happy with our stay :)

Thumbs up: spacious, clean tastefully appointed appt, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed... nice staff at the front desk; thumbs down was the noise in our level 1 room all night long from the street; traffic noise, people going home from nightclubs and restaurants.

Very friendly staff from reception through to bar staff. Good location. Room adequate for two adults, bedding etc very good as is the layout of the fridge and refreshment station. Room on surface clean, however lots of dust higher up and drains need deep cleaning. But would go back.

This was our third or fourth (can't recall) stay in a one bedroom unit in this hotel. Although, as another commenter has noted, the rooms not facing the street stare right into the parking garage, our garage-side unit was at least quiet. The unit was of a comfortable size for us two space-loving adults and was well equipped. The sole exception to the latter was the missing washing machine; luckily we had nothing to wash this time. Good value and location. We'll be back.

We were a family of four adults and the 2 bedroom apt suited our needs. The location was great being close to transport, cafes, shops, etc. The apt itself was very clean, and felt like it was brand new. We only stayed one night, more than that and it could have felt a bit small as the living areas were not suited for 4 adults. The only downside is that there is no air con and having the sliding door open at night meant all the road noises and people going home form the pub made it noisy.
