Always stay here when in wellington. Great location and rates. Rooms are clean and comfortable with every thing i need. This time i had some trouble with the fluctuation of water temperature in the shower. Only one room had been booked, at the hotel and we were make to look like it was our fault. also we had asked for parking and the hotel said they on bookit no request are acknowledged. That its nothing to do with them and they were not helpful. The handbasin was not clean on arrival and had long dark hair in it. Also no coffee both days and rang to get it 30 mins later had to ring again it had not arrived.
