5 mins drive to town.
5 mins walk to the bus stop.
This is also the bus stop to be picked up from, if you are going to the wine and food festival in February 2018.

Our homestay is a relaxing quiet retreat, with lovely comfortable beds.
A lovely warm home with good heating in the winter, or a lovely space in the summer.Double glazing, lovely garden and patio area to enjoy a glass of local wine in the summer, or just to sit and enjoy our space.
Free Breakfast included every morning during your stay consisting of the following:
Fruit Juice,yogurt,seasonal fruit,5 choices of breakfast cereals,toast and a large choice of spreads mainly homemade, tea and coffee,and herbal teas, plunger coffee available as well.
A cooked breakfast is also available in the winter time for an additional price of $10.00 per person, please order this in advance when you book your room, so I can have supplies in fresh.

Very Quiet street,no thru traffic, and we are a back section, so no traffic noise.
Guests are welcome to have privacy of their own queen or single bedroom, sole use of the main bathroom, and separate toilet .
The kitchen to available for you to use to cook,your lunch or dinner in, we just ask that you leave it clean when finished.We do also have a dishwasher, so just need to wash what can't go in the dishwasher.

We are in a lovely quiet street, no thru traffic.
We have the Wither Hills behind us with lots of walks up the hill, and working farm park.
5 min drive you are in the Town Centre.Plenty of Cafe's and restaurants to dine in.
Wineries are all close by 5 mins drive to the first ones.
The must do in Blenheim is lunch at a local vineyard.
