We booked for two nights and stayed for one. June is too cold in a caravan we were given a tiny oil heater and there was a fan heater but neither were adequate. The access to the bathroom is through the owners lounge and kitchen and is shared with the owner and family. The caravan is parked outside their backdoor by the garage and next door to the neighbors driveway- not a lot of privacy. So if you don't mind sharing amenities and being parked outside a garage this is for you.
