Directions

From Christchurch follow State Highway 74 to Duvauchelle. Look for Pawsons Valley Road (on your left, the same road as Akarao Golf Course) turn down this road and travel 420 metres.

Look for the Akaroa Lavender sign on your right.

Pull in and park in front of the sign (guided walks) or if staying in one of the accommodations travel up the gravel road (narrow with two steep corners) in second gear, with your lights on, until you arrive at your accommodation parking sign.

The drive from Christchurch will take around 80 minutes.

The drive to/from Akaroa will take around 12 minutes.

1.0 Person Making the Booking & Responsibility for the Booking
•The person making the booking must be present and onsite at the property throughout the stay unless otherwise agreed in writing by Akaroa Lavender.
•For corporate bookings or those booking on behalf of family, or as a gift for friends, please notify us of this before booking or proceed with your booking now and notify us of the circumstances immediately thereafter.
•The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival.
Whenever the cardholder/payee will not be staying, the cardholder/payee should take appropriate steps to ensure that all staying guests are aware of the terms & conditions of stay.
2.0 Bond Policy
Credit card details required as a bond and may be requested prior to the commencement of your stay (typically 21 days prior to arrival or at time of booking if booking within 21 days of arrival). A higher bond may be specified if you have a large number of guests, pets or other special circumstances.
The cardholder/payee is responsible for ensuring that the property is left neat & tidy & that its chattels, furnishings & grounds are left in the condition found at arrival.
By proceeding with this booking you authorise Akaroa Lavender to charge the card/bond for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair, or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear.
Should a claim for recovery of costs exceed the bond, an invoice will be raised for immediate payment of the remaining amount.
