The house was lovely. Everything was very clean and all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel and felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. Accessible to shops, restaurants, and the ferry (15 min away). Had we wanted to experience Aukland night life we could and return on the late ferry. Only 40 minute ferry to aukland. The island is beautiful and it was perfect for myself and my 8 year old 5

Stayed in The Panorama over Christmas and it was truly excellent! Koi Roc is pure quality, professionally managed and I would recommend couples and families to stay here. Well worth every cent. 5

The Pad was the perfect escape. Amazing views over the bay towards Auckland and beautiful gardens. We loved sitting outside on the deck watching the stars come out and listening to the birdlife. The Pad has all the amenities you need for a home away from home retreat. Bed was super comfy and shower was huge! We found it close to all the major attractions but also far enough way to feel like we were in our own private oasis. 5

Amazing spot to spend a the weekend relaxing. We loved that we had a stunning view out the front deck and native tress out the back door - a short drive to fantastic cafes, wineries and beaches. We will be back! 5

Koi Roc on Waiheke Island was the perfect place to end our New Zealand vacation. The views of the bay from the deck are stunning, the location quiet but close enough to restaurants, and the accommodation extremely comfortable. On top of all that, Shayne left a bottle of bubbly from a local vineyard for our enjoyment. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I heartily recommend Koi Roc for any couple visiting Waiheke Island 5
