This luxury boutique accommodation was purpose built and opened in December 2012. Since then almost every weekend has been booked out and Hosts Lin & Lee have had guests return for their second, third and fourth visit!

The Beach House room has the wow factor and the breakfasts, including home baked bread are simply delicious! Definitely value for money.

Just a short stroll to the main beach and right next to the Williamson 9 hole golf course, the location couldn't be better.

The open plan space includes a kitchenette, gas BBQ, open gas fire and double doors onto your own deck. After a day at the beach or exploring Whangamata and its surroundings, take time to relax and soak in our deluxe spa bath, wrap yourself in a bathrobe and enjoy a magazine. Venture onto your deck to take in the sound of the surf or the Tui's singing above the golf course treetops. Nighttime is a real treat, wrap yourself in one of the beautiful throw blankets, light the candles and watch the stars.

Private parking space for up to 3 vehicles and a boat.

Lin was so friendly and welcoming. Loved sitting out on the deck chatting (which is something we don't do enough of at home). Very relaxing. Stu loved the bath and the breakfast with the freshly baked bread was lovely! Would stay again and recommend to others. 5

We loved our stay at the Whangamata Beach House. In fact, it was one of the best experiences we've had in NZ (and we tend to travel a lot). We enjoyed all the good taste touches in this little loft and the owners are so lovely and welcoming! Will definitely come back! 5

It's the little touches that make such a difference. The host Lin treats you like friends who have come to stay and it felt very relaxing and welcoming. A perfect place to base ourselves and either stay in all day and relax or head out and about. Such a cute, tidy unit with a fantastic shower I must say! 5
