Description
Hodder House provides a unique Bed & Breakfast experience in the heritage listed home of Therese and John Dennison.
You really get a sense of the house's history when you climb the rimu staircase to your bedroom. The sloping ceilings, sash windows, panel doors and sympathetic furniture are a reflection of its colonial past.
As we only accept one booking at a time of one or both rooms you will not be sharing a bathroom with anyone unknown to you.

Cancellation Policy
If Cancelled greater than 7 days before arrival 100 Percent of the total amount.
Bookit’s Amendments and Cancellations
Cancellation policies are specific to each supplier and are detailed on the payment confirmation page prior to final booking confirmation.
Bookit's non-refundable fee of NZD20.00 also applies to all cancellations regardless of the supplier’s cancellation policy.
Where you are entitled to a refund the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking.
For amendments of bookings additional charges or a refund may apply depending on the nature of the booking amendment.
If you make a booking using a discount code you will not be able to use that discount code on any subsequent booking amendment. Amendments will be made using the normal price of the product being amended.
