Description
Mountain View Backpackers Wanaka is a home away from home backpackers, offering quality and comfort budget accommodation. We are centrally located and offer friendly staff that offer personal experience when visiting Wanaka.
We are small and cosy with only 31 beds, centrally located in the heart of Wanaka and only few minutes??? walk to the shores of stunning Lake Wanaka. We are also close to the D.O.C office, Cinema Paradiso and the Supermarket.
The township of Wanaka has a wide selection of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and entertainment as well as offering easy access to an amazing choice of outdoor activities that we can help you organise and book.
Come and stay and enjoy the comforts of home in our character classic Kiwi backpackers. In the summer you can relax in the sheltered garden. In the winter we have a great ski drying room and fire in the lounge. Meet our friendly local hostel team who will share their experiences and knowledge of Wanaka and the surrounding area.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing via email and confirmed by Mountain View. Free Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival. First night will be charged for all cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to arrival
Bookits non-refundable fee of NZD20.00 also applies to all cancellations regardless of the supplier???s cancellation policy.
Where you are entitled to a refund the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking.
For amendments of bookings additional charges or a refund may apply depending on the nature of the booking amendment.
If you make a booking using a discount code you will not be able to use that discount code on any subsequent booking amendment. Amendments will be made using the normal price of the product being amended.
