  • If there was a mid way thumb i would be picking that. Nice view from our room. Room was clean. Tea/coffee making facilities offered. However i wanted to stay 2 nights instead of 3 and could not get any kind of refund as it was booked through here !!! bed up in loft - yes little head space and easily bed was just two singles put together so easily made a gap. Shower ????? well there was one but crap so no shower for two days. In fact the morning after we arrived there was no water whatsoever and the girl in reception had no idea that the water was being turned off - really ??. We turned sofa around in room to see the tv properly but if you leaned against one end of it, it felt like it was going to break. Parking was tight - come in a little car and not a big 4x4. 5

  • Could not watch tv as was located on the bunk? could not sleep for 2 nights due to slamming doors and constant noise due to a bikers meeting. On arrival they could not find my booking, and even though under comments it said elderly lady, they put me in a room with alot to stairs to get to. Beautiful scenery though... 1

  • Shower was like a piss poor hose. Toilet had a horrible smell from it. Had to put the tv on the bed to be able to get it to work. Had to ask for fresh towels the following day. Staff where useless. After leaving a computer mouse behind returned to pick it up. Had to ask the reception desk staff member a number of times as it seemed like she didn't understand me at all. Then gave me a grilling as to if it was mine. Pretty sure its mine if i can tell you exactly what it is and where it was. . 1

  • Convenient to town and good views. We had a private room with a double bed and ensuite. The bed was in a loft via steep stairs and there was little headspace above the bed. Other than than clean and comfortable. The provided breakfast was very basic and we didn't bother with that on the second day. 5

  • Really well set up,room had bathroom and shower ensuite, good communal kitchen, breakfast included, nice radiator heaters in room. Bunks are squeaky though would be better if made of quieter material. Wood would be good. Nice alpine lodge look to the place. Great staff. Overall excellent would stay again for price definitely. 5

  • The room was as pictured. But not as described, there was no television or tea and coffee making facilities as advertised. There was no where to sit in the room although there was a table to sit at. Symantha. 1
