• Please be ready and waiting ten minutes before pick up time to ensure we have a swift departure.
• Please wear/bring sturdy footwear (running shoes/trainers are okay), sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses and warm top (waterproof/warm jacket in winter).
• We always endeavour to have you back on time, however, when booking other activities /and or pickups for after your trip please allow 30 minutes extra in case your trip runs behind.

We need to know of any medical conditions all of our guests have including allergies to bees and foods. We will ask again at the start of the trip, or please get in touch and let us know beforehand.

We also ask you to stay at home if you have cold or flu-like symptoms, we want to do our best to keep all our customers and guides healthy. Please get in touch with us if you have symptoms and you're booked to go out with us.
