  • Really nice host and hostess, special attention rendered to me because of my trauma we got deluxe room on the ground floor at the same price. Calm and peaceful atmosphere. Travel hints and maps. Delicious desserts! Beautiful Garden flowers and trees. Friendly dogs. My husband liked the tour of the property and Romney ship. Would like to return some day! 5

  • We stayed for 4 nights and did not want to leave! Carolyn and Melvyn are the most delightful, friendly and helpful people you could ever meet. Carolyn is also a brilliant chef. Melvyn is a really caring farmer, was looking after an injured cow and some orphan lambs, Loved helping to bottle feed a little runt! He also told us about his progressive sheep breeding methods. They both have lots of information and tips about the surrounding areas. The suite was large and comfortable. - excellent bed. Sitting by a roaring fire was the perfect way to end our days. We would love to return some day. 5
