Spend a day with us on our 20 acre farmlet and learn to make cheeses, simply at home, from store-bought milk and easily obtainable equipment. You can (in season) milk a cow or a goat. You can make feta, mozzarella, ricotta and a fresh cheese, or haloumi instead of mozzarella. A light lunch is provided.
NOTE: If you wish to stay in our lovely Bed and Breakfast accommodation, then please make a separate booking for either the night before the day of your course, or the night of your course. We can accommodate 4 overnight guests
