Central Rotorua! Excellent tariffs!Private hot pools!Studios and apartments. Kitchens in all units! Voted first choice by guests for our location, facilities, cleanliness and affordable prices, we are excellent value for your dollar!
We are a 25 unit geothermally heated motel. All our units have fully equipped kitchens. Some studios have private hot tubs in an attached courtyard (wheelchair accessible). We have family 1 & 2 bedroom apartments sleeping up to 7.
NEW!! We now have a Pool studio with queen bed that interconnects with a quad studio sleeping 4 giving you 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a private hot tub sleeping up to 6 persons.The quad studio has 4 singles in it.
Our outdoor 8 metre swimming pool is heated to 32 degrees in summer and 36 degrees in winter - all year round fun. Our 2 hot indoor private genuine mineral pools (40 degrees) are so relaxing. We have a guest laundry, on site parking, WIFI, BBQ, Bag storage. Walk 200m to centre of town; walk to Kuirau Park, Aquatic Centre, Energy Centre, Polynesian Spa, Hospital, Shopping Mall, Lakefront, Info Centre and bus stop,shops and restaurants etc.Rotorua Boy's & Girl's Highschools are close by.Free tourism advice
Office Hours 8am - 10pm Mon - Sat; 8:30am - 7pm Sunday
Check in from 2pm. Late check in after 10pm or 7pm on Sunday must be arranged prior to date of arrival.
No check out available on Christmas Day.

Property is tired and in need of tlc. Shower lacked pressure . Room was clean but we were disappointed with the private hot pool. Resembled an animal trough so we gave that a miss. The termal pool was filthy with scum and body hair and what ever else. Couldn't wait to get into a shower to clean off once we found what we were in. Sadly the shower wasn't good enough either. Termal pool needs filtering and the shower needs the water restrictors removed.

Had a fantastic stay and was so pleased with the 1 bedroom we stayed in there was so much room, we were very surprised. I loved that we could borrow one of your dvd players so we could be entertained while kids were sleeping. We absolutely loved the pool and wished we had used it earlier in our stay. We will certainly be back to stay at your motel when we are next in rotorua. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant.

Thank you so much great stay clean room fantastic rhose and ian very clean, comfy beds,only trouble we had was stove elements but used the grill instead ,nice new bbq clean pool had everything you could ask for did not hear road noise loads of privacy close to everything shops supermarkets restaurants pubs etc hells delivers there, including isite was close so made easy to pic up tickets to paradise valley close to attractions and was fantastic to look at stars in nice large fast filling hot tub fantastic a++++ .

We had a wonderful time here, and intend to come back. Loved the large pool and our private one. Two families of us gathered there, the 2 year old frolicked in the private pool while us adults sat around enjoying ourselves. Clean, friendly service, very close to the shops and park. Highly recommend.

No complaints here. The staff were helpful & friendly. We spent hours in the self-fill spa it was awesome. We would stay here again for sure :).
