At the Classic Motel we take a great deal of pride in offering clean, comfortable units and superb service.
Whether you are a family here for a special occasion or a relaxed holiday, workmates or contractors or simply a couple or friends wanting some time out, we have a unit to suit your requirements.
We have a lovely solar heated swimming pool, spa pool and a trampoline, swing and slide for the kiddies.
We are ideally situated for Waterworld, Minogue Park and St Andrews Golf Club and Te Rapa Race Course. Waikato's beautiful river walks are only 4-5 minutes away, as is the vibrant city. Come and enjoy all that is on offer in the Waikato.

Loved the family unit with plenty of hot water and 2 separate bedrooms.new air-conditioning,new tv in the bedroom and we will be back.

Very dated, i don't think i've stayed in somewhere quite as old fashioned since my backpacker days. Host was very friendly and the place was clean. Advertises sky but tv1 was very fuzzy. No headboard on the beds. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

It was a bit dated with the decor and one of the heaters didn't work. We had to pull all the beds out to plug in the hot blankets. But the staff were very friendly and informative telling us where the closest place to get dinner etc. .

I Booked into the Classic Motel for a 1 night stay with my wife, daughter and son in-law, We were very late in checking in and the mangers were extremely kind and considerate. We needed to book for a second night this was made quickly and without fuss. The unit was A++++++ for cleanliness,they take real pride in their accommodation and service I would highly recommend this motel, and would stay again.

Wonderful hosts - very friendly, kind and helpful. Our unit was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed - a real home away from home. I would highly recommend Classic motel without any hestitation. A++++++++++
