Got off to a bad start on arriving midnight tired from sydney and 3 phone calls to motel to get the shuttle.also no signs to indicate where to meet the shuttle.assisted by enthusiastic taxi drivers who were probably hoping for a fare.however all was forgiven by the great service when picked up by the busy multi tasking lady from the motel offering a couple of welcome drinks and a very nice room.lovely shower and good tea making facilities.bed comfortable and who cares if the room was not spacious but clean & tidy.shuttle bus transport back to the airport next morning 10.45 am was really appreciated.will be happy to stay at airport motel again. Great welcome helpful reception all arrangements went smoothly - important for a 6 a.m. Flight. Room basic but comfortable. .

Nice facilities, and beautiful location, wonderful service for pickup and drop off to the airport (prompt service), lovely customer service. Downfalls were the space in the family unit, not ideal... especially with a one year old running riot. Kitchen facilites were basic but met the requirements. Lovely bathroom and spa!

Loved the view of Lyall Bay. The people in the office were efficient and friendly. The room was clean and tidy.What you would expect from a motel but the people were extra nice.
